Artdeco Rich Treatment Foundation – A dream blend in a Bottle (Review)
Winter is here finally and its the time to switch the foundations (yay). While I am an absolute sucker for demi matte finish during summers, winters call for a more hydrating formula to double up to moisturise the skin as well.Currently I am using the Artdeco Rich Treatment Foundation and today we are going to talk about that :
Artdeco Rich Treatment Foundation :
This luxurious cream make-up with light-reflecting pigments evens out imperfections such as little wrinkles, skin irregularities and lines and provides a flawless and luminous complexion. The make-up with medium to high coverage is long-lasting and supplies an even, velvety finish and a particularly pleasant skin feeling. The ingredient Squalan smoothes the skin, while UV filters protect against environmental influences.
For normal, dry and sensitive skin. Clinically tested.
My Experience :
The, Artdeco Rich Treatment Foundation comes in beautiful frosted bottle with a screw top and a spatula applicator. A little personal preference here, but I prefer pump dispenser over spatula anyday. However, to make it work, I just take the product over the back of my hand or my artiste pallete and use it from there and all’s good.
The foundation is runny but not watery. You can feel how much Hydrating its going to be just by the look of it. The pigmentation is good and it provides a good sheer to medium coverage, which is fairly build able and layers seamlessly. The finish is dewy and in the days when I am super lazy and just skip moisturizer, the foundation still glides on perfectly and doesn’t cling to the dry patches on my cheeks and upper lips.
Since its dewy finish, being transferable is an obvious thing but you can prevent that by setting it nicely with a light dusting of setting powder and it stays on for a fairly good time. It lasts for a good 4-5 hours on me, after which it really needs to be touched up, especially the T-zone area that gets greasy, and the foundation moves around it.
They have a nice shade range that caters to our desi skin tones very well however there are very less options for medium to dark skin tones. All in all, its a good product, teh feel is luxurious and has definitely replaced my LA Girl pro matte foundation for the winters. The finish is to die for and I love how beautiful healthy glow it gives to my complexion. If you have a good budget, I would definitely suggest checking this one out.
